Droid E-mail Configuration
This page will try to help walk you through the configuration of your Droid e-mail configuration.
- From the home screen, open the Applications Tray, and then touch E-mail.

- Enter your Email address and Password then select Next.*

- Enter a name for your account (your full email address), the name to be displayed on outgoing messages then select Done. If prompted
for type of account go to Step 4. Otherwise your account is setup and your Inbox will be displayed.

- Select the type of e-mail account. (IMAP is the e-mail type for Smart Phones)

- Enter your Incoming Server Settings. Your User Name(Full email address), Password,
IMAP Server (mail.ozarkisp.net), Port (143), and Security (SSL). Then select Next.*

- Enter the Outgoing Server Settings. SMTP server (mail.ozarkisp.net), Port (587), and Security (SSL). Then select Next.*

- Configure the desired account options, select Next. Return to Step 3.

To confirm a successful setup, please send a test email to support@tcworks.net.
- If you receive an error message stating “Setup Could Not Finish” or “Username or Password incorrect.” check with your mail provider to
confirm incoming server settings and settings to access their outgoing server from other networks. Also see the Tips and Additional Information section.
Tips and Additional Information
- From your inbox you can select Menu, Account Settings and explore your options. You can set how often you want the DROID to check for new e-mail (longer
intervals can be used to extend battery life), your default e-mail account, how you are notified of new e-mail, and more.
- As an alternative, you can check TCWorks Mail by visiting www.tcworks.net using the web browser and going to the web mail section of the web site
- If an e-mail account is unable to be configured, contact your e-mail provider for additional information.
